Action Heart
Action Heart provides a cardiac rehabilitation service that helps people who have suffered from a heart attack, undergone cardiac surgery, or have a cardiac related condition. Coronary heart disease is now seen to be the UK's biggest killer and here at Action Heart we are dedicated to the primary and secondary prevention of this condition.
Our 12-month exercise and education programme enables our patients to return to a 'normal' everyday life much stronger, fitter and with a renewed confidence in life. Action Heart is now seen as one of the largest and most comprehensive programmes in the UK and at the present time we treat in excess of 600 patients per week at our Action Heart Centre based at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley, West Midlands.
