WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW

 
  1. No purchase necessary to enter Prize Draw. An Each One Counts account is required to confirm the participant’s details.
  2. Participants may enter by sending used inkjet cartridges and/or mobile phones in an Each One Counts recycling bag and by registering the unique bag number on the Registration page of this website or by sending laser toners delivered using the address label PDF available on the Print Address Label page of this website.
  3. Participants will be entered into the next week’s Prize Draw after the promoter receives their entry. Each recyclable inkjet cartridge, laser toner and mobile phone will allow one entry into one Prize Draw.
  4. The sender must be the purchaser of the items sent, or have been given the consent of the purchaser that the items are of no value and may be disposed of at the sender’s discretion.
  5. The prizes each week will be selected by Environmental Business Products Ltd. There will be one prize to the value of £100. These prizes will be drawn from entries from all charity supporters.
  6. The first participant drawn at random each week by an independent judge will win the prize. Winners will be informed by that they have won within 10 working days of the draw taking place.
  7. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Winners’ agree that their details may be used for publicity purposes on the charity and company websites and in relevant Press Releases.
  9. Participants must be over 16 and resident in the UK.
  10. The prize is subject to availability. The promoter may substitute a prize with one of equivalent or greater value at its sole discretion. No cash alternatives to the prizes will be available.
  11. The promoter is Environmental Business Products Limited, 22 Abbey Road, Park Royal, London NW10 7RE.
  12. The prize draw may be withdrawn at any time if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
  13. This promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

GIFT AID

 

Senders wishing their chosen charity to benefit from Gift Aid must comply with the requirements on the Gift Aid Declaration, and further agree that:

 
  1. Where items are sold to Environmental Business Products Ltd that the company is acting as a conduit only to benefit the Sender’s chosen charity.
  2. Where items are sold to Environmental Business Products Ltd that the company is acting as a conduit only to benefit the Sender’s chosen charity.
  3. The Sender authorises Environmental Business Products Ltd to donate all proceeds of the sale to the chosen charity where the relevant ‘box’ has been ticked on the Gift Aid form.
  4. Where items sold are found, on receipt, to be faulty or otherwise unsuitable for reuse, the value of faulty items will be deducted from the agreed total.
  5. The values and wastage figures agreed between the charity and Environmental Business Products Ltd will apply to all transactions.
  6. Individuals are personally responsible for checking that the income resulting from sales are covered by their Income Tax and or Capital Gains Tax returns. If in any doubt, contact your relevant Tax office.
  7. Gift Aid rules requires donors to notify the charity of any change of Home address details.
  8. The values and items qualifying as suitable for recycling and reuse may alter at any time at Environmental Business Products Ltd’s sole discretion.
  9. Items returned at Environmental Business Products Ltd’s expense that are unsuitable for recycling will become the property of Environmental Business Products Ltd to dispose of as the company sees fit.
